Simon Molnar
Simon Molnar is a multi-instrumentalist who writes and records his music from his room in Columbus, Ohio. He plays this music around Columbus accompanied by Joey Feinberg, Seth Walczak, Ben Lopez, and Louie Pardoe. Simon also creates videos and designs cohesive with the “Acorn” style. The “Acorn” brand was developed originally to accompany the projects of Simon Molnar.

Shadow
With the gradual success of “Why” and the live band’s development, Simon set out to make the end of 2022 a push for new boundaries. Visiting NYC and Pittsburgh in late November, and releasing “Shadow” in December, along with a release show at The Basement.
“Shadow” is the second single off of Simon’s upcoming album. “Shadow” is filled with a more optimistic dialect, while the impending “Danger” is not ignored. It becomes a timid acceptance of continuance and leaves the future to come when and how it will.

Danger…
Giving a new project an ominous start, Simon released Danger Of Unknown in June of 2022. A cautionary tale of perpetual angst, and a feeling something is coming. This sets the tone for the album to come.

Why?
In 2020 Simon Molnar began working on his debut album “Why” at the age of 16. Releasing “These Days” in December of the same year, and “Fine” as the second single in the February following. The 10-track album would be completed that summer and released on his 17th birthday, August 6th, 2021. This release gained enough traction to allow Simon to assemble a band, and book shows locally around Columbus.
The Show…
A continuous series of entertainment brought to you in true “Acorn” fashion.

An early design that would develop Simon’s style
A fusion between Simon’s progressing guitar skills, and editing abilities. Mostly nonsense.
